Account Registration

• Ultimate Solutions offers a cloud-based management system to enable restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, retail shops, (referring to them as Ultimate Solutions customers) to manage, assess, track, optimize, and scale their business operations and meet their needs accordingly. You must open an account with us (a "ferp.online Account”) to use the Services. During registration, we will ask you for information, which may include but is not limited to, your name and other personal information. You must provide accurate and complete information in response to our questions, and you must keep that information up-to-date. You are fully responsible for all activities pertaining to your ferp.online Account, including any actions taken by persons to whom you have granted access to ferp.online Account. We reserve the right to change the account type, suspend or terminate the ferp.online Account of anyone who provides inaccurate, untrue, or incomplete information, or who fails to comply with the account registration requirements, when it comes to both offline and online sales processes.

• ● Ultimate Solutions may, in its sole discretion, terminate or refuse to approve registrations for ferp.online with or without cause or notice, other than any notice required by Applicable International Comparative Law. At this time, Ultimate Solutions Services are offered only to users residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Account Cancelation and Data Protection

• Ultimate Solutions reserves the right to cancel or terminate any ferp.online account in violation of the Terms and Conditions as well as Privacy Policies of this agreement; in which case Ultimate Solutions also reserves the right to hold on to any personal information belonging to the customer in question in its database, for a period of one month starting from the cancellation date.

• However, if, for one reason or another, the customer chooses to cancel or terminate the account in the ferp.online, Ultimate Solutions will ignore and remove any personal information of that customer from the database.

Confidentiality

• Only you have the right to access and use your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your login information remains confidential at all times. Ultimate Solutions will assume that in case your login information is used to access the Services by a user other than yourself, the latter has the legal authority to use such credentials. If you become aware of an unauthorized login from an unknown user, you agree to notify Ultimate Solutions immediately by email at info@ ferp.com. You remain liable for any activity on your account until Ultimate Solutions is notified of the violation in question, and the Corporation may therefore proceed to take appropriate action.

For example, we may send an email or contact the customer in a timely manner specified by the customer in their agreement to the services of Ultimate Solutions, or we may notify users through their dashboard or other sections of the website. When we post the above notifications, we do so in the on-site notification area. It is the customers' responsibility to stay up to date in this regard. • According to the Privacy Policy, if the customer sent or published services or publications of Ultimate Solutions anywhere public, including information, ideas, innovations, concepts, techniques, or knowledge (user documents), for any purpose, including development, manufacturing, and/or marketing, not to mention our products or services, the customer, by this act, acknowledges that Ultimate Solutions can use * user documents * without restriction and without the customer's permission or compensation. None of Ultimate Solutions' customers is entitled to claim ownership, compensation or other rights that they may possess with respect to user documents.

Close your account

You may close your ferp.online account at any time and without cost, but you will remain liable for any outstanding Purchases as well as any fees or other charges incurred. Ultimate Solutions will not issue refunds for amounts previously incurred through our Services once you close your account. info@ferp.
